Event Packages
Event Assistance:
For the person who loves planning, but wants a little help with the details or an extra pair of hands.
This package includes:
· Assistance from AM Event Coordination with ideas and planning strategies for your event
· Up to five consultation calls or meetings
· Full access to a reputable list of vendors
· Assistance coordinating contracts and vendors
· Assistance preceding and during your event can be arranged
Event Coordination:
For the planner who has some time to spend on their event, but someone to look after some of the details.
This package builds upon the Event Assistance package, and includes:
· Up to five additional calls and meetings prior to the week of the event
· One on-site meeting to finalize details in the week(s) prior to the event
· On-site assistance the day of and during the event, which may include assistance with set up and tear down following the event as required
· Assistance with budget management
· AM Event Coordination will coordinate contracts and vendors on your behalf
Event Planning:
For the person who just doesn't have time to plan an event, I will manage all the details on your behalf while maintaining an open dialogue to ensure your goals are met.
This deluxe package takes the Event Assistance and Coordination packages even further, and includes:
· Arrangement of venue, vendors, food and decorations
· Invitation and guest list management
· Unlimited calls, emails and meeting in the weeks preceding the event
· Full access to AM Event Coordination the day of the event
· Access to an additional coordinator the day of the event if requested and required
Day of Coordination:
For the client who has all of the details in order, but wants someone to make sure the day runs smoothly. AM Event Coordination will be on-site the day of your event to manage the details you have planned. From assisting guests to managing vendors, AM Event Coordination will take care of the details and logistics so that you don’t have to.
This package includes:
· Up to five consultation calls or meetings leading up to your event
· Access to and assistance with wedding day schedule and timing tools
· Full access to a reputable list of vendors
· Assistance preceding your event can be arranged
· Management of venue, vendors, food and decorations the day of your event
· Full access to AM Event Coordination the day of the event, and coordinator attendance at the rehearsal the day before the wedding
· Access to an additional coordinator the day of the event if requested and required
All packages include:
· One complimentary consultation meeting
· Access to AM Event Coordination’s lists of reputable vendors and services
· Access to your coordinator via phone and email leading up to your event
· Planning tools, advice and reminder of important dates and milestones leading up to your event
Additional Services:
Should the client require meetings, phone calls or emails additional to those included in the chosen package, those can be accommodated within reason, and as agreed upon by the client and AM Event Consultation.
Should the client wish to have AM Consultation on site for a multi-day event, additional days may be arranged, as agreed upon by the client and AM Event Consultation for a fee. Call out fee will be $100 up to and including three hours, and $50 per hour above three hours. Partial hours will be rounded up.
Additional services may be arranged, as agreed upon by the client and AM Event Coordination, and may be added to these packages as necessary.
